If you are interested in comparing animal intelligence to that of humans in general even clumsy looking Dogs are much more intelligent in some areas knowledge than the the most educated human being since a trained Dog can sniff and point out the presence and location of the starting cancer in human body even before it reaches fatal stage in just about in 10 minutes while the discovery may take a specialized medical doctor months and or even years to precisely perform the same thing with competent accuracy.

This means that you don't even need to go to the wilderness in search Elephants while intelligent Dogs are all over the places around you if you only open your eyes and see the realities on the ground. That is why I (Sun) assure you that you can't beat the Dogs in this area of intelligence even if you become the fresh born again and again and again several times down the line and livings lane.

Additionally, it is also true that Elephants are bestowed with exceptional memory to the extent that they can clearly remember any one even after many years who have done something bad to them in times past. Elephants are also bestowed with exceptional dexterity (Higher mental and physical skills or nimbleness) to the extent of precisely turning the thin pages of a book one by one just by using their clumsy looking thick trunks. Hence the Elephants in the Room.
