i remember strategy to make the isayas people very afraid by telling them that Eritreans have build a dam here or there but very lie lie all the time poor guy wanted a road and he scare isayas so he said he want road so isayas will not have a car accident , very old man too very respoectable eritran man but scared of isayas we keep telling them that Eritreans have joined him will think twice before speaking
