i will repeat it, let assume you r the Chinese investor and u spend 100 million dollar and started donkey abattoir. with few weak the governor come and closed your business telling u to move it to AXum... that cant be answer... u pay me my 100 million dollar and cost of losing business and fine for canceling my business permit .... once again take it to Axum cant be an answer .. the Axum have the right to say no ... the same way the oromo governor had the right to say no in the first place but they didnt it doesnt matter who force them to do ..
