i am expert economist .. i can fix this problem of milk shortage
1. there are two kind of cow holland cow breed and Ethiopian cow breed .. the Holland cow give an average 30 liters this is only average they might give up to 60 liters but let take only 34 liters for now ..
Ethiopian cow give two liters per day .. so what u do is mix the Holland with Ethiopian cow and u will get 10 liters milk per day five time what u would have got from 100% Ethiopian cow.. now this mix called 50 50 bread
now the second round when 50 50 bread become matured u will mix it with 100% Holland cow now instead of getting 50% mix u will rise the mix to 75% of Holland and Ethiopian mix this is ideal cow for Ethiopia
why u want 75% mix cow because they give u a lot of milk but they will tolerate all the decease that is local cow can tolerate it take good from both side
so 75% mix can give u milk up to 15 or 20 liters almost double the amount without losing the cow for decease ..
2. one we know this how can increase this artificial insemination to produce one million 75% mix cow easy.. u hire 1000 husbandry students and u teach them how to conduct artificial insemination and send them to four corner of Ethiopia .. now each Ethiopian cow owner will come and get this service with in one years they will get 50 50 Holland cow and they will see the result and they come for second time to get 75% Holland cow the beauty of this program ... 10 million of cow artificially inseminate ...and produce ten million cow and increased the milk product ... imagine if u try to do it in one location the cost would be skyrocketed but ten million individual can take care of one cow our mission will be done.. i hope to support this program each cow owner pay reasonable amount for this service

so this milk can be shipped over long distance and sold without need of refrigeration .. this open up a lot of market ..

what a bullshittt? you want to downplaying on Ethiopian cows? why not studying on Ethiopian cows to enhance the milk output rather than breeding with Holland cows?

when i tell u i am expert .. that means u r not ... u r an idiot .. i already told u 25% Ethiopian cow blood would be the new mix cow that give u more milk..
do u understand what the hell i am saying Ethiopian cow give u only 2 liters milk while the Holland cow give u 34 liters ... how in hell u compere the two so u find the sweet point where u mix both and u get both cow quality.. u cant have 100% Holland cow in Ethiopia because they will not be adopting to the environment but u mix them u get both quality from both cow .
the guy in the video said in Addis Ababa one liter milk sold for 25 birr .. now if u have Ethiopian cow you only get 50 birr
but if u have mix cow which give u ten liters milk u r talking about 250 birr per day.. 20 liters u r talking 500 birr per day..
now yes, u can improve the Ethiopian cow by providing them with quality food maximum they might give u only five liters this is by nature... this also is not all lost .. for example if u kept Ethiopian cow and u get five liters instead of selling the milk for 25 birr you must be able to sale them for 100 birr this way 5 liters will fetch u 500 birr just like mix cow .... wait wait let me finished so if Ethiopian well to do family who have money to spend 500 birr for Ethiopian cow milk then they should get that milk this way u can keep the breed alive .. not for the rich people but for breed sake.. u need pure breed in case if their is any decease u go back to the basic ...
let me give u one example so that u understand how quality and quantity matter
let say u have Ethiopian hen .. they become matured in two years .. but the የነጮች ዶሮዎች with in 45 day they will be ready for slaughter.. are u telling me Ethiopian farmer wait two years to get 100 birr or get the የነጮች ዶሮዎች and every 45 days get 100 birr .. there are poor Ethiopian who test chicken meat once a year because they cant afford it.. hence for them quantity matter over quality
now the same farmer keep Ethiopian hen for next two years... he should be able to sale his Ethiopian hen for 600 birr .. this way the rich get Ethiopian hen the poor will eat the የነጮች ዶሮዎች it is better then nothing .. yes u going to run your mouth saying the poor and the rich should be treated quality .. okay then u going to live in poverty and Ethiopian rich will be Ethiopian hen for 100 birr instead of paying 600 birr and pocket the profit .. those farmers who keep hen lose out instead of getting the real market price ... even in USA IF U R RICH u buy organic and the price is 3 time higher but the people willing to pay the same way .. Ethiopian must understand this and go for quantity or quality both must be price according to ..
so when i talk about mix cow i am focusing on poor who want to have cheaper milk .. they should be getting it at cheaper price .. as i told u mix cow is not cheap they r best cow it happened they give more milk .. in Ethiopian case the milk highly concentrated and the test from Ethiopian milk and yogurt test totally different then the white cow so u can buy milk that u can test

I doubt that you don't know about the situation inn Ethiopia, do you? probably you are victim of propaganda. by interbreeding all our resources including animals with non Ethiopian, we will making mistake by facilitating our indigenous animals for extinction.
The most amazing thing is that when comparison made between local meat obtained, say for example chicken's meat with European's, the quality of local is undoubtedly superior in its flavor /taste. no one likes chicken meat obtained from European's ancestry. simply it is tasteless.
The other visible contrast between local product and European is on the quality of egg. in deed the size of European's based egg is large, but it is tasteless. the local one is brilliant and it will give life.
Generally speaking the above reasons are already supported in the market. the larger egg produced from hens from European ancestry is cheaper than the local one. even the smaller sized egg from local is very expensive compared to that. let say : if one local egg is available at 5 birr, the European one will set to 3 birr. you see quality is the most important thing.
Additionally,the yolk of the local egg is bright yellow, but the European is more or less white. and we know many experts in poultry farm who are busy in rearing and breeding European hens are forced to use chemical to make the the color of the yolk of the egg to yellow.

i will tell u story one up on time there was one Ethiopian who collect seed , and started seed bank.. but white did not like it so they told TPLF government to dismantle this seed bank.. so many seed lost...
second banana seed also found in Ethiopia that started American banana revolution .. the American did not know how to eat banana so their was advertisement how they should get banana ... no wonder በጥሬው መብላታችው። ጠቃጠቆ ሲያወጣ ተበላሽ ይላሉ ። ወቸው ጎድ ።
not only this an American scientist who work for big tomato paste brand company come to Ethiopia to find super seed and he found it ..Ethiopia is very rich in seed verity this asset must be protected as if it is oil or gold but not body pay attention hence the distraction speed up eradication
so i said what is the solution .. the solution is very simple ...of course we cant reserve our seed in seed bank one government can come and destroy it by order of Western nation .. instead every Ethiopia able person must took responsibility and start their own seed bank ... instead of collecting stamp. or collection art we Ethiopian should start the tradition of collecting seed ... even teff have many verity all should be saved and stored in addition with public seed bank but we never trusted the system..
now when i come back to the cow breed yes our r super breed but they dont give u milk the max they give u two liter so how in hell u going to convince the poor farmer not to mix his cow and get 20 liter from one cow this is like having Ethiopian ten cow vs one የነጭ ላም ...
again the breed preservation should be shouldered by the rich Ethiopian not by poor Ethiopian hence that is why i told u if the price of Ethiopian milk instead of 25 birr if fetch 100 birr then it might worst to keep Ethiopian cow .. or even each well to do finally if they keep few cows and get five or two liter per day for their own personal use that would be another preservation system...
the Ethiopian cow, sheep and hen have super quality meat .. their meat is very lean meat ..

ለምሳሌ ቡናችንን እንመልከት አረቢካ ይባላል ልክ እንደማጣፈጫ የጠቀሙበታል ።እኛ ግን ንፁሀን ይዘን ቡና ቤት ከፍተን መሽጥ ብንጀምር በተለይ አሜሪካኖች ያልገቡበት ቦታ በአጭር ግዜ ነው ገበያውን የምንቆጣጠረው ። ለምን ብትል ቡናችን በጣም ትፋች ነው። ማንም ደግሞ ሊቀምሰው ልዩነቱን የሚያወቀው ደረስ ነው ጠሀሙ። እንዳልኩት ጥሬውን ከመሽጥ በስተቀር ምንም ስላልተስራበት እንጂ ስጋችንንም በጣም በጣም ወደር የሌለው ነው። አንዴ የበሬ እና የበግ ስጋችንን የቀመስ መመለሻ የለውም በደንብ ልዩነቱን ይረዳዋል ይህ ነው ገበያውን ለመቆጣጠ የሚያስችለን እንዲህ ብናረግ ደግሞ የከብቶቻችንን ዝርያ እናድናለን ማለት ነው።
ይህ ብቻ አይደለም ዚባቡዬ ነጮች በማዳቀል ታላቅ የወተት እምርታ አሳይተዋል ። በአለም ብዙ ከብት ዝርያዎች አሉ እነዚህ በሙሉ መጠናትና ወድ አገር ግብተው መባዛት አለባቸው። ሰው ችል ካላቸው እኛ እየዞርን ዘር መስብስብ መቻል አለብን።
እንዳልኩ ብዙ ዘዴዎች አሉ እንዴት የአገራችንን ዝርያ ለማዳን የምንችልበት ። ቅቤያችን ፤ ቺዛችን የተለየ ክሆን ጥሩ ዋጋ መጥራት እንችላለን ።።
ሌላው ደግሞ አንድ ገበሬ አስር ላሞች ካሉት አስሩን ላሞች ሽጦ በአንድ የነጭ ላይ የተካቸዋል ። የተሽጡትም ለእርድ ይቀርባሉ እንዲህ እየተባለ ዘሩ ያልቃል።። ለዚህ መፍቴሄው እንደከብት እርባታ ሚኒስተር አንድ ነጭ ላም አቅርቦ አስር የአበሻ ላም ስብስቦ ማርባት የሚችልበትን መንገድ መፍጠር አለብን።
