These days there is an over-elevated level of political smear campaign, on "both sides" (if one could say it had only two sides) and this might appear to impress some fellows, specially the gullible young generations.

But there is a good hallmark of a failed political argument to take you through: i. e., run out of an argument itself.

What do they do after having run out of arguments? Simply turn to vulgo, a low levelness and lack of integrity on part of those who follow this path.

This is specifically true of the so called opposition party. Just follow how they react to the Facebook posts of Obbo Tayye Danda'a. A true embarassment (and clear betrayal of the cause they claimed to have).

These days they try to sell themselves by showing pictures and videos of hundreds of thousands of the same gullible youth on the scenes of their so called political rallies as their supporters. I have one simple short answer for them here: they can show videos of not only hundreds of thousands but also of millions, regard less of if all those who attended their rallies are also going to vote for them, they should realise that Ethiopia is a country of over a 110 Million population.

And the main important point here is that those 110 millions have got their own real interests than your un-cultured public vulgar and smear campaign and they will going to make their choice based on those true interests at the end of the day, not based on your vulgar languages. Swallow your bitter pill now.

Ethiopia, like many other countries around the world, has got its own pressing issues that needs to be resolved by political means. To resolve the issues (real problems) there should be a government that needs to be granted the right to represent the people whose problem it is going to resolve. That is what is being contested in the name of election campaign. People will make their choice based on their own real interests, not for the sake of serving the interest of this or that party. Since you are part of my kin then everything else is unimportant and I will give you my vote, will not work in the face of a pressing and real problems on the ground.

The so called oppostion parties are running around and making a lot of slogans, as if their sloganing will stipulate about how to resolve the real problems of the electorates.

In my view they are losing their precious resources of election campaign by going around and sloganing without trying address the real problems of the people and stipulating how they intending to resolve them. They will going to regret,

I didn't wait to see the following video to foretell what running out of argument could entail. People have got interest and they know what their interest is. Sloganing has already reached the bottom. It is backfiring in less than two week's time.
