Abiy has given a green light to Issu to get back his badme. Abiy’s unable to enforce the verdict and if Issu wants it implemented...he’s on his own.
Issu will start a war soon (around April), and that’ll give abiy an excuse to suspend the constitution and rule under martial law while TPlf and eplf dock it out for supremacy in the northern desert country.
