የውጭ ሪል ስቴት አልሚዎች ለሚገነቧቸው ቤቶች የሚያወጧቸው የሽያጭ ዋጋዎች መጋነናቸው፣ በመንግሥት ላይ ጥያቄ እንዲነሳበት ማድረጋቸው እየተገለጸ ነው፡፡ ለአብነትም በቅርቡ ሽያጭ መጀመሩን እያስተዋወቀ የሚገኘውና ኢግል ሒልስ የተሰኘው የተባበሩት ዓረብ ኤምሬትስ ሪል ስቴት ኩባንያ፣ ቤቶቹን መገንባት ሳይጀምር ሽያጭ መጀመሩን እያስተዋቀ ነው፡፡ ለስቱዲዮ ያቀረበው የመሸጫ ዋጋ በዱባይ ከተማ ከሚጠየቀውም በላይ የተጋነነ መሆኑን የሪፖርተር ምንጮች ይገልጻሉ፡፡

ሽያጭ የጀመረው ኢግል ሒልስ ሪል ስቴት ኩባንያ ቦታ መያዣ ቅድመ ክፍያን ጨምሮ፣ እ.ኤ.አ. በ2023 እንደሚያጠናቅቃቸው ለሚጠበቁ ቤቶች የዋጋ ዝርዝር በማውጣት ሽያጭ ጀምሯል፡፡ በዚሁ መሠረት ለስቱዲዮ የሚጠይቀው የመሸጫ ዋጋ 202 ሺሕ ዶላር ወይም ከስድስት ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ፣ ባለ አንድ መኝታ ከ230 ሺሕ ዶላር፣ ባለሁለት መኝታ ከ320 ሺሕ ዶላር ጀምሮ፣ ባለ ሦስት መኝታ ከ450 ሺሕ ዶላር ጀምሮ ዋጋ ሲወጣለት፣ ባለ አራት መኝታ ከ550 ሺሕ ዶላር ጀምሮ እንደሆነ በሪል ስቴት ኩባንያው እየተዋወቀ ነው፡፡

"በአንፃሩ ኢትዮጵያውያን በዱባይ ከተማ አፓርታማዎችን እንዲገዙ በአዲስ አበባ የሚያስተዋውቁ ኩባንያዎች ባለ አንድ መኝታ አፓርታማዎች የሚሸጡበት ዋጋ፣ በአዲስ አበባ ኢግል ሒልስ ለስቱዲዮ ቤት ካቀረበው ዋጋ በታች ናቸው፡፡ ለአብነት አንድ ስቱዲዮ አፓርትመንት በኢግል ሒልስ የሚሸጥበት የአዲስ አበባ ዋጋ በዱባይ ለባለ አንድ መኝታ ከቀረበው ዋጋ ያነሰ ሆኖ መገኘቱን በማመላከት፣ የሪል ስቴት አልሚው አካሄድ የሌሎች አልሚዎችን ዋጋ ሊያንር ይችላል የሚል ፍራቻ እንዳደረባቸው የኩባንያውን የሽያጭ ሒደት በሐያት ሬጀንሲ ሆቴል የተከታተሉ ይናገራሉ፡፡ ከሁሉ በላይ መንግሥት 27 በመቶ ባለድርሻ የሆነበት ይህ የለገሃር ፕሮጀክት በዚህ ደረጃ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ያላቸውን አፓርታማዎች ማስተዋወቁም አስገራሚ እንደሆነባቸው አስረድተዋል፡፡"

for example iphone 11 is more expensive but u can get iphone 8 for 300 while iphone 11 for 1500 dollar.. the same way the poor have to wait progress will come .. if u stop the rich they will go and buy in Dubi what would the Ethiopian government and people benefited .. nothing as of now more workers will get employment the money stay in Ethiopia the benefit is endless. i like the Dubai company too they r world class builder they dont cut corner hence if u want cheap condo why not call the Indian the will give a condo that fail with wind.. and u will cry when million people die...

Ethiopia have one advantage we have 100 million people without home so we need everyone to come and build us home .. only if we keep our mouth shut ... at first everyone exploited, the Arab oil exploited by American until the oil embargo so dont be afraid of exploration, let the first guy exploit u when the next guy come u will put rule to limit the exploitation... i know u come from Derg era so u r very sensitive about exploitation at first the American went to China to exploit the cheap worker but look what happened today ... had the Chinese said no to exploitation of their worker in the beginning would they become supper power economically this is what happened in industrial park too. everyone talk about our workers getting paid less that is our attraction .. we bringing everyone in once they r in once they invested billion then we can ask them for more not at the first..

Are you saying that the price is cheap enough to lull the first round of customers so that more would come in the future to even pay higher price? You always understand things in the reverse. Typical TPLF mindset...

yes, that is what i am saying, almost all businesses are based on this principle,,,,, if u startup new product to introduce to the public u give it for free first or give it at a reduced price once the people hooked on.. then u start increasing the price... if u r Dubi investor would u come to sale condo at a reduced price or at a higher price.. why someone comes to Ethiopia and risk everything if he can sale condo for higher price in Dubi ..... in Dubi the market is saturated there might not be a buyer but in Ethiopia, the condo sold like a cake so why not come to Ethiopia and make double his money first when he build the condo he uses much cheap labour when he sells his condo he doubling what he might get in Dubi how this is not a win-win for Ethiopia .......................

do u know why Ethiopian maid goes to Saudi because they pay high the same with the Dubi investors...



my dear u r not buying Condo u r buying a lifestyle,,,, there are many foreign buyers too ... those who work in the industrial park they might prefer to buy a condo in this real estate in fact I want all African rich business people to buy this condo in case if their country become unstable they can come and live in Ethiopia .. there are million advantage allowing these Dubi investors to do their business

here are few advantages of the Dubi real estate over Chinese investors

the Dubi investors will not import Arab workers because they dont they(THE ARABS) don't even use the Arab workers in their own country the Chinese will imports their own workers to compete with us. hence I prefer the Dubi investors

second, the Dubi use high standard product unlike the Chinese
3RD . THE Ethiopian might learn skill working with the Dubi investors
4th the Dubi could be our own market for export the Dubi might buy our meat, chicken and all kind of food hence the balance of trade will balance the Chinese few items they need from us..

5th we can even ask the Dubi to invest in our agriculture and milk industry to export back to Dubi .... trust me if we allowed them to take over the agriculture as partners we will dominate the whole world .. look what the Dubi investor did for port Djibouti they make it a world-class port.

the only problem with Dubi is they r smart and shrewd businessmen but we underestimate them hence they will fk us up if we didn't read the fine print .. we have to ask them to sell % of the farm output in local market and another item that we think important. if we don't know what is best for us all we can do is sign 20 years agreement ... we will have a chance to renegotiate the term of the contract ..
