ስንቱ ሚኒስትር የስልጣን ኮረች ላይ ሲወጣና ሲወርድ ምንም ያልተባለው ሞንጆሪኖ ስትወርድ በብሔር ላይ የተቃጣ ጥቃት (ማግለል) ይሆናል። ምክንያቱም ይሄ የዝንጀሮ ፖለቲካ ነው። ዝንጀሮዎች የሚያስቡት ሆነ የሚሰሩት በመንጋ ነው። ሲወጡም ሆነ ሲወርዱ፣ ሲሰርቁም ሆነ ሲሮጡ በጋራ ነው። የሰረቁትን ሲበሉ ግን ለየብቻ ነው። ስለዚህ አንዱ ዝንጀሮ ሲወጣ በእሱ አማካኝነት ሁሉም የወጣ ይመስለዋል። ከወጣበት ሲወርድ ደግሞ ሁሉም የወረደ ይመስለዋል። በመሆኑም አንዱ ሲዋጣ አብሮ ይጨፍራል፣ ሲወርድ ደግሞ አብሮ ያለቅሳል። ምክንያቱም ይሄ የዝንጀሮ ፖለቲካ ነው
