I think Ethiopia can make it attractive for Eritrea to join it. But that’s unthinkable considering how it’s unattractive even for Ethiopians. Look at how many resistance armies exist.

Only visionary leaders can attempt to attract Eritrea. First, work internally. Otherwise, it’s just repeating DERG.
