It was recently the FM of the People's Republic of China, then a day or ago it was the FM of Federal Republic of Germany, very soon the Deputy FM of the USA, just this year there must have been over 10 foreign dignitaries that have visited Ethiopia and held bilateral relations or talks with Ethiopia.
